FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How soon before my event do I need to make my reservation?
A: Rentals for concerts and sporting events go quickly! All reservations are on a first come, first served basis so the sooner the better!

Q: Aside from the trailer itself, what else is included with my rental?
A: We try our best to make sure most of what you need for your tailgate party is covered. Aside from the trailer itself and all of it's amenities, your rental includes gas for the generator, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, paper towels, iPod hookup, 6 chairs, keg cooler, garbage can, garbage bags, etc.  

Q: What's NOT included in my rental?
A: Food, alcohol, ice, BBQ tools, utensils, plates, and bowls are not included in your rental.

Q: How long is my rental period?
A: Standard rental period is 5 hours.

Q: Can I extend my rental time?
A: Absolutely! Let us know the details of your tailgate and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Will you help us get set up?
A: Of course! Our driver will be sure to take the time to set you up, get the generator going, and show you how to operate everything included in your rental package.

Q: How will we find you?
A: A week before your event date, when you make your final payment, we will confirm all specifics of your tailgate party, including where to meet, what time, etc.

Q: Do you only deliver to concert and sports venues?
A: No way! We're happy to deliver to backyard parties, BBQ's in the park, etc.
